filling out bar shit right now. i see Everyone here Freak out about the stupidest shit. JW, are the real bar Examiners stricter than the patent bar? obviously the bar App asks for Way More other shit like References and crap but In Terms of Hassling you about c&f Reasons?
My c&f addendum for the patent bar Was About 40-50 pages including the Copies of All the court Documents and shit and I Flew through getting Approved. No Call No Nothen. Nothen serious Though--nothing Worse than a Misdimeanor

i don't remember how long it took for my patent bar c&f eval go to through but my cal bar c&f eval took less than a month. it will depend on jurisdiction tho. florida, for example, can be very stringent. shouldn't have much of a problem if you passed the patent bar c&f and you are open and honest.

It took maybe a month for me to get through NY. My "interview" was 5 minutes long, if that, and I was asked if I still lived at my current address, if I'd ever been arrested, and how my boss (he knew him) was doing. I had been sued in small claims court by a crazy ex-roommate some years ago (decision was entirely in my favor), which I'd obviously disclosed, and he didn't ask anything about it. I think the "just disclose" mantra is right on the money.
