Diversity essay for law firm applications??

I have no idea what to write for my diversity essay for a
law firm application. They want applicants to write about the applicant's qualifications for the diversity position and how the applicant will contribute to the diversity in the legal community.
I have some minority factors (female, Asian, from developing country, etc). I also have diverse WE but I am not sure if such diversity essay means a variety (or uniqueness) of WE.
Can anyone come up with any samples of a storyline?

Firms care about diversity because they care about people who can bring something unique to the table.
Talk about what is unique and different about you, and how that might help you contribute to teams/solving problems/etc.
Usually you can go off of ethnic/cultural differences. Stay away from stereotypes though. If you are from a lower income household, talk about how your childhood gave you an appreciation and understanding for some things that maybe rich white kids wouldn't. Google "why is diversity important" for inspiration, or look up sample things. Craft a story.

Like others have stated, approach the topic from a positive aspect. What can your diversity do for the firm/company? Why is this an asset? Etc.
And if I read that last post right, and you can't figure out why diversity's important, I pretty much copied some buzzwords and statements from the affirmative action cases we covered in Con Law. Worked for me; that's how I got one of my summer gigs.
ANON because my school has no diversity. If you read my posts knowing I'm black, anyone at my school would know who I am.

Any anecdotes for your comments above?
