employment & labor law career - recent grad

Hi all,

I am a recent graduate of a T20 school, and I want to look into a career or job in employment and/or labor law.

Currently, Im at a small general practice firm.

I took employment and labor law courses during law school. I really wouldn't be too picky about the job: a job with NLRB or any government division would be great. I've looked into jobs but I suppose folks here might have some better knowledge than I can gain simply through searches.

I would really appreciate any advice.

As to the NLRB, the Board's no longer taking apps for its honors program, but it still seems possible to get hired as a Field Attorney at one of the Regionals.

You should look consider looking into union/plaintiff-side firms too. The LCC hiring hall is a great resource: https://lcc.aflcio.org/public/career-co ... ring-hall/
