Got an offer but finals have not gone well this semester. How badly to I need to bomb my exams to start worrying that my offer is in jeopardy?

depends on your firm. At one I was another, you would probably need to drop by a solid 1.0 to lose your offer. At another, dropping 0.2 would make me nervous (they specifically tell you during your summer that grades matter, and do no offer for grades. AmLaw 50ish)

Can people please post anon with the firms they were at that did ask for grades, and if they had a significant grade drop, whether or not they were no-offered?

Everyone always says 'it matters for grade conscious firms, maybe' but no one ever says which firms they are.

If you're worried about your particular firm, a quick way to rule out grades mattering is to look at the past several years of offer rates. If your firm is 100% always / almost always, you're in the clear. If there are a few people getting no-offered each year then you can start looking into it, one tip being the offer letter you got. Some grade conscious firms actually mention grades in the offer itself (Thinking of one V10 in particular).
