I did receive a job offer from the firm, so I can let you know that the salary was not comparable to NYC.

I realize this thread is a month old, but in case this is helpful, I'd like to point out that different offices have different pay. The New Haven office pays CT market. Not sure why CT firm pay, where cost of living is lower, is being compared to NYC.

Can answer more specific questions if anyone still has them.
