Follow-up/Thank you to multiple interviewers

Interviewed with four attorneys at a mid-sized firm earlier today. In the past, I've either a) interviewed with one person or b) interviewed with multiple but had a point person that I corresponded with. After the interview, I'd just send that person a thank you (and ask him/her to pass my thanks along to everyone else, if applicable).

Wondering what I should do here - send each attorney a separate email, or do something like

Hi all:

[Body]

Sincerely,

Interviewee

If you're going to send thank you's (not so sure it's valuable -- really depends on the person) send a personalized one to each person you interviewed with.

I would skip the thank yous. Although I don't hold them against candidates, they always seem contrived.

I agree with the comments above: if you are doing interviews through the OCI process, thank you's won't hurt you but they probably won't help you much. But if you do thank you notes, you do not want to send a blanket email to everyone. You should instead send individual notes to each person (or pairs of persons, if your interviews were 2 on 1). Keep them very simple, as long think you notes do tend to seem contrived and again aren't really helpful.
