Top Law Schools

There I was staring at the end of the semester drawing nigh with only one offer from the Public Defender's Office in a large Midwest city. I accepted. Today, I received an unexpected offer from the state's AG. WTF? I assume that the AG looks better on a resume, but what is the best way to decline after acceptance? Any wisdom is greatly appreciated.

Like this - "It is with regret that I write to advise I have decided to take another position, which was not available at the time I accepted your offer for (Job? Internship?) Thank you for your time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me."

Short and sweet, they'll get over it quickly.
