Better car than the partners, what the hell are you thinking about getting, a porsche/range rover?

I don't know about you but with gas prices in CA you should not be getting a 40-50K+ car because they usually have terrible mileage. Also, no idea how you can afford one with taxes/COL. Get a decent ~30K (brand new) and drive it for the next 8-10 years.

I drive a few years old Audi A3, and I feel like I spent probably way too much on it.

I feel like hiring an actual driver is cheaper if the above is true.

It costs about 9 bucks each way. Maybe 12 if you get 1.4X SURGE pricing. It costs about 4k a year. Parking at work would cost like 2500+.

I don't think I could even drive myself for cheaper.
take the train ya bum

Does it come with low-T meds or sold separately?

The thing about LA is, if you have clash you flaunt it. I'm just a product of my social environment. :P

2010 Audi A4 2.0T (California). But I bought/drove it and paid off the car loan before I started law school, so it doesn't really count.

5th year v50 in mid-size city. After I paid off my student loans, I bought myself a BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe M-Sport. I probably could have gotten the M3/M4, but I couldn't justify it. This was my splurg because I love cars. My wife and I live well below our means to prepare for the evetual big law exit.
