Don't want any misinformation out there. Cleared up the discrepancies.

SA last summer. Accepted offer to return.
Location: UBS Building on 52nd and 6th
Cafeteria: Nice. Subsidized. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Affordable, a number of different options/stations. Different menus each day. Nice view from the seating area. Free coffee drinks and tea. I thought it was great but some associates mentioned that it got old after eating there almost every day, but I can't see any more that they reasonably could do.
Gym: Up to 200 a month for any gym of your choice. Direct billing to some of the bigger ones like Equinox.
Meal policy: $35 (I think) for seamless if you are going to have to stay past 7 or 8 (I forget)
Car policy: Black car home or reimbursed cab/uber if you stay past 7 or 8 (I forget)
Shared offices: 1st year shared, 2nd year interior, 3rd year exterior
401(k) matching: I'm not sure
Private banking:Contracts with Chase and Citibank
Summer lunches: Any meal or drinks after work or anything really with approx. a 1:1 SA to associate ratio up to $65 per person. Unlimited number of times. It does reset I guess when you go to a different place.
Other: Every friday there is a cool happy hour in the cafeteria with top shelf liquor and a bunch of good food. A year round thing.
Will either give you a blackberry or pay for most of your data plan and like $200 or something towards a device. Also will pay for an iPad or at least most of it iirc.
All bar fees and expenses and a $10k advance.

2015 SA Anon from above: I didn't personally see any with more than one office mate, but it is definitely possible. SA's almost always had 2 or 3 office mates in what seemed to be emptied out conference rooms. I thought I would mind it a lot more than I would though.

Yea, you have the option of having it on your personal device through the GOOD app and being reimbursed for data or the firm will just give you a blackberry to use
