I got a screener from mass mail out of them pretty recently, but they were pretty upfront about it and said that between their current outstanding offers and those that were pending a decision, they might be completely done with recruiting within the next few days.

Yes, it does matter. Their IP department finished interviews a long time ago (think early August). I'm not sure about the other departments, which is why I asked
