Paul, Weiss (NYC) vs. White & Case (NYC)

Which would you choose (interested in M&A/Corporate)?
Coming from outside of the American Northeast, From what I understand, PW is considered the more prestigious of the two, but W&C has a fantastic international sensibility and allows you to do stints at their offices abroad, something that interests me greatly.
Any thoughts on exit opportunities (3-5 years out) regarding both? I am thinking more in terms of finance/consulting opportunities rather than in-house (and also recognize representative transactions will be an important part of finding an exit opportunity).
In short, is there a significant gap between prestige, training/professional/business development training, or exit opportunities that would outweigh my interest in practicing abroad for a couple months at a time (which makes me lean towards White & Case)?
Thank you in advance!
