Withdrawing application from multiple office

I recently received an offer from a firm I'm interested in. But I have also mass mailed an application for their NYC office. Should I withdraw the NYC application? I'm pretty sure I'll get the NYC ding and I would much prefer the current offer.
Also should I mention the other offer from the withdraw? I'm slightly worried the admin might see withdraw and pull my file completely.
