Any thoughts on which to pick for transactional/M&A? I know that OMM is an LA powerhouse, but OMM seems like they've lost a lot of partners recently (while losing 9.3% revenue) and Kirkland seems to be growing heavily on the West Coast. The people I met at Kirkland were awesome, they have young partners, and local clients.

Would be really grateful if the responders could answer why as well.

The Kirkland people were awesome. I also worked in LA during the summer and was told by a very experienced credible source to avoid OMM at this time. I would definitely choose Kirkland.
