Good Time to Lateral

I'm currently looking to lateral to a different market. Is it a good time to do so considering all the OCI going on? Or is it better to wait until that's pretty much over.

The real "season" to make moves is shortly after the new year. However, there is no reason not to start looking now. Plan on taking a few months to find the right fit.

Why not start searching now and see what comes up? Don't jump ship too early, but you might find something really good now. Also, some firms don't mind paying signing bonuses that compensate you for a missed bonus.
