Shearman OR Fried Frank OR Willkie?

Hi everyone,
I have offers from SS, FF, and Willkie (all NYC). I want to be a corporate lawyer and would love to hear your advice!
I'm particularly interested in how they rank in terms of exit options, level of work and overall financial health. Culture matters too.
Thanks in advance!

Can't speak to exits, but I'd choose Willkie over the other two and it wouldn't be that hard of a choice, imho.

To poster above, care to go into any more detail? Looking at these firms as well for corporate.

One account I've heard of Shearman is that Shearman corporate has tough hours and a rather "fratty" culture. The person also said completing lots of pro bono is passive-aggressively frowned upon, and the firm isn't the best for women. One upside was getting to work on super dynamic deals and really thrilling, fast-paced work environment. Take it with a grain of salt though - this came from a woman atty who exited ~5 years ago.

Interested in a comparison of these firms from a litigation perspective. Does it differ any from the corporate side?
