I'm a female who has a lot of female friends. However it seems like I'm having a difficult time with female interviewers.
During OCI about 40% of interviewers were female and i did not receive any CB from them.
Also I've found that most of the difficult interviewers have been female so far.
Any advice? I'm not hot or sexy, but not ugly fwiw.

I think it's possible it's just a coincidence. Personally, my best interviews have been with other women (including those that resulted in CBs).
