Rescheduling OCI Call-Back Interviews

Alright, so I have a problem. On Wednesday I received my first call-back from Firm A. They asked for times in the next couple weeks that I would be available. I sent the recruiting coordinator a list of days that I was free, but did not hear back from them. Firm B offered me a call-back interview on Friday, and told me to call their recruiting coordinator. I called her, and we set up an appointment for this coming Wednesday morning. Just now, Sunday evening, Firm A's recruiting coordinator just sent me an email stating that she scheduled me for Wednesday afternoon. The problem is that the offices are in different cities. It would take me about an hour or a little over an hour to make it from one office to another. I estimate I'll have about that much time in between interviews, but I am not sure. What should I do? Explain to Firm A that I scheduled another interview in between the time it took her to get back to me? Should I not mention another interview, but say I have had a personal conflict arise in the last few days and I am no longer free on Wednesday? Firm A is my preferred firm of the two. I just wish they were quicker with their scheduling.
Also, I realize I should have emailed the recruiting coordinator from Firm A that I would no longer be free on Wednesday as soon as I scheduled the interview with Firm B.
EDIT: To be more accurate, google maps says the offices are 47 minutes apart. I anticipate having 1 - 2 hours in between interviews. I know my first interview is ending with lunch, so if anyone has any insight to what time firms usually take someone out to lunch that would be helpful. My instinct is to just attend both meetings.
