so im applying for a state clerkship, but am stuck on something. ive worked with judges before, and i wrote something like, "during my time with Judge X and Judge Y"....now, would it be more appropriate to say "Hon. X and Hon. Y", or is "Hon" only on addresses etc? What do I do? Thanks!

"Judge X" is fine. I've only heard/seen "Honorable" used in the address line of a letter and when the judge enters the courtroom and is announced.
