HELP-MAJOR CAREER QUESTION:MBA or associate at V25 firm

My background is that I am a chemistry major at a small small (graduated with honors). I went to a Tier 2 school for 1L, ranked in the top 15%, and transferred to a T20 school. I have 15 screeners for my 2L summer, mostly for patent litigation. My father owns several independent businesses and makes an annual income of about $1 million and also has a small real estate portfolio. I am eventually going to take over his businesses and real estate investments. Furthermore, my childhood friend has been working at a prominent investment bank for several years, and we eventually want to start a hedge fund together. If I somehow get into Wharton (I do realize that it is a big if, and I am asking this question hypothetically), do I turn down an offer from an NYC big-law firm (if they do not allow deferment) or do I pursue the Wharton MBA and let the chips fall where they may. I would only consider getting an MBA from an elite school. PS I am highly skilled at math (perfect scores on SAT, SAT II Math Level 2, 5 on AP Calc BC, etc. without studying), so I feel that finance is well-suited for me. I am also an excellent oral advocate, so litigation is also a good fit for me. The thing that is holding me back from pursuing big-law is that I may start off at 160K plus bonuses but for years, I will not break 300K, and I am in the fortunate position to have money to invest (due to my father) without any school loans. My goal is to make as much money as possible. I know I seem like an arrogant dirtbag with first-world problems, but I would really appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance!

This whole thing is a huge "if". All you have right now are screeners. You need to focus on turning those into CBs, and then turning those CBs into offers. And then you need to focus on making sure you get an offer out of whatever SA position you get. Until then, this isn't really a choice you need to think about. And you're still not even looking at applying to an MBA program for another year (unless you're thinking of skipping out on your last year of law school). Just chill out and worry about this later.

you're applying to MBA programs as 2L? wut?

why are you talking about V25 offers when you don't even have callbacks yet?

also you're a wealthy math genius who graduated with honors, how did you end up at a Tier 2 school?

If this is your goal, law school was a bad choice.

You won't get into Wharton MBA with your current profile.

Taking high school math does not mean you'll be gifted at finance.

At TLS we specialize in tough truths.

Plenty of Ivy League UGs end up at TT-TTTT schools.
