Switching practice groups at Skadden
I'm going to be starting in one of Skadden's niche practice groups in the fall. I know Skadden tends to be more silo-ed than other firms and was fine with it, but I am curious how often associates make the switch from one practice group to another. I know it happens, I'm just not sure how often. Is it hard to do? When does it become harder? Curious how this works.
