What do startup lawyers actually do?

Rising 2L H/Y/S trying to decide if I want to actually do corporate law with startups because it sounds cool and I think I might want the exit options, but on the other hand, I find finance, accounting, business-school type stuff, securities, etc. to be as boring as eating dry toast while watching grass growing and paint drying. Can someone tell me what startup lawyers actually do, and what I'd be doing as a SA, first year, midlevel, etc.? Thanks

Speculating here, but it probably has a lot to do with setting up and revising corporate structures, since a new company basically has to become a Delaware c-corporation before raising significant amounts of capital. Then those capital raising transactions, employment and tax issues, sorting out complex capital structures after multiple rounds of fundraising, etc. are probably pretty common.
