from secondary market to major market

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Jul 06, 2015 4:04 pm

Currently summering in a secondary market office of a V50 firm. I'm considering the move to a city like Chicago, NYC, San Fran but also debating staying where I am. If I get, and take the offer with my big firm's satellite office (they're 100%) think i would face an issue trying to lateral later on if my circumstances change? I'm in corporate with a background in I-Banking/Finance.

Firm i'm with pays above market in my city, by a wide margin, and the work is interesting for now. But Chicago, NYC, San Fran is a bit more exciting and my significant other moving may require me to do the same.
