rising 3L - PD heavy resume - worth it to apply to 3L OCI firms?
My resume is entirely PD offices with the exception of a judicial internship in the SDNY. A handful of firms from my homestate are coming to my schools OCI to interview 3Ls. I have the grade requirements (and as a paranoid "I WILL TAKE WHATEVER JOB I CAN GET" 3L I am applying to anything and everything) - what are the chances they'll even look at my resume when it screams public defender?
