How likely is it for new associates to be fired within probationary period?

I was admitted in may and started my first associate position last Monday at a mid sized firm (nv,18 associates, 5 partners in this office). The firm has a 3 month probationary period. I'm just wondering how common it is for new attorneys to get fired before a year?
I have 12 cases that I am responsible for. I get help from a supervising attorney.

Sorry but this is 100% specific to where you work.
I would be a little nervous that they're calling you probationary. Assuming you're at-will, they can fire you at any time anyway.

As stated above, this is firm specific. Some law firms burn through associates at a high rate because they can due to supply & demand. Check the firm profile to see how long the associates have been employed there.

OP here,
they haven't specifically referred to me as probationary, but during my interview they told me there is a 3 month probationary period. Also, my benefits don't kick in for 3 months.
Most of the associates I've talked to have been there for a year. I was told that it's a "mill."
