Would a Fulbright PhD increase job competitiveness?

I'm more or less a member of the Vale at this point, 3L in a T50. I'm applying everywhere as I should be, but my school just sent me this email about the Fulbright program for after law school. I was wondering, for a person who wants BigLaw, would a PhD sponsored by Fulbright do anything for job competitiveness? The PhD would be from the law school of a European university -- they treat law as a humanity in Europe -- and could actually have relevance to a particular practice if structured correctly.
Or am I wasting my time?

Prolly wont do anything for you at this point. If you're gonna piss away money probably a tax llm or mba is the way to go after law school.
