2L summer- inhouse

2L struck out at OCI, going F500 in-house which doesn't hire full time

How does in-house for 2L summer compare to someone who worked in biglaw 2L summer but wants to change firms? (will I be treated the same as them)?

Basically, how does F500 look on the resume for 3L OCI?

Also, does it matter if it's F500 v. F100?

No, you won't, but it's still a pretty decent gig that beats a lot of other work.
I have friends working as legal interns in house, and would say it's comparable to midlaw SAs, competitive fedgovs (DOJ, SEC, etc).

Sounds about right.
