3L big law interview, not a prior summer. Haven't heard back for 3 months. Should I ask them to say I am still interested or will that make me look desperate?

You're a 3L; they know you're desperate.

You can get in touch, but odds are overwhelming that they just didn't bother to send you a reject letter, or it got lost in the mail.

They've probably filled the position, but why not send your updated transcript?
