So ABA rule 304(f) says that (f) A student may not be employed more than 20 hours per week in any week in which the
student is enrolled in more than twelve class hours.

I got a law clerk job and really could use the money, could probably put 25 hours in some weeks. Maybe a full 40 during spring break. Im taking exactly 12 (easy, 3lol) credits.

A. Does this rule apply to me since im not taking MORE than twelve class hours?

Thanks guys,.

EDIT- my school's handbook actually is harsher, and says 10 credits. Is there a C&F risk if some weeks are over 20? What about spring break?

at least you're thinking like a lawyer!

Textualist or intent reading ... hmm!
