Federal District Court Judicial Internship Interview

What kind of questions should should I expect? I know this is a very broad question. Is the interview with a judge a more of a get to know you interview or an interview with many in-depth questions?

I just had one today. I met with the clerks and the Judge. My interviewers were very friendly and just asked about a dozen open-ended questions (e.g. Why law? Why this internship? What practice area are you most interested in? What was your favorite class last semester? etc.)

Most of the time you'll be interviewing with clerks and the judge will pop in briefly. Depends on the dynamic of the chambers.
