Just got all grades back. I'm a 3l at UT/Vandy/UCLA. Transferred from ttt, was top 5% there and approx top 15% at current school with one semester left. I have taken sub classes the whole time such as ba, fed courts, secured credit, oil and gas law, con law 2, admiralty law, and con crim pro to name a few. Have a us dist clerkship lined up for next year in flyover district. With all of the above, do I have a shot at biglaw post clerkship? Should I try to gun for ssc, more competitive district, or app clerkship after dist? Didnt do biglaw after 2l....

I have no idea what the odds are or whether there is any reliable data on this, but I've worked with clerks who had a similar background to you and who obtained biglaw during the course of their clerkship. I also interviewed with many associates this past summer who did something similar, both in primary and secondary markets. So it's within the realm of possibility. It certainly sounds like you have a strong academic resume - getting top 15% at those schools while taking substantive classes could impress.
