Non-biglaw job prospects for international students

What are non-biglaw job prospects like for international students at a T-14?
You can't be hired by government or federal court. PI employers typically won't have the luxury to incur extra costs to sponsor H1B visa. Companies don't hire new graduates as in house lawyers. Some midlaw may give it a bite of they have the specific need to expand the market that you are from. Consulting firms like MBB won't care about your citizenship but they are harder to get than big law.
So big law is pretty much the only real option.
