3LOL Grade Drop With An Offer

How much could your grades drop 3L year? I enrolled in a bunch of classes where on let's say a B curve, it's super easy to get at least a B- and very difficult to get a B+. I did really well 1L, had a decently sized drop 2L year with grades that would be considered "good" but were comparatively bad. It never came up during my SA, but could have come up during meetings for all I know. I like my firm, and have no interest in moving out. Trying to figure out how much a below median semester would hurt my career. I know it's common to lack motivation third year, but I seem to lack it more than my friends. I am so ready to work, and am really only interested in learning what I could use on the job.
