I hate law school and want to do as many clinics and take as many business school classes as possible. I'm a 2L. Will my SA firm care during transcript review?

Yeah, the answer is no they won't care, and that's probably why they don't ask for 2L or beyond transcripts. I'll always be amazed at how 1L grades can make or break career prospects for new attorneys.

Some firms will ask for your transcript. I know the firm I will be summering at does before reviewing whether to extend you a full time offer after the summer. Hard to believe that they would care as to what classes you took. Just don't totally fuck up and get terrible grades. Don't give them any reason to axe you.
