i find it humorous that these committees even exist (for associates). i imagine the monthly meetings last maybe 3 minutes. and the bonus meetings maybe 5.

committee? The first firm I worked at every assoc's comp for every year was decided by the office's managing partner, (non-lockstep biglaw). no committee.... u fawkin w0t m8?
