Following up on CBs with no offers

I've had 3 CBs. 1 ding, haven't heard from the other two. One was 3 weeks ago today and the other was 4 weeks ago today. I don't know if I should just assume I'm dinged or I should follow up. The only reason I'm afraid to follow up is because they'll see I still have no offers because I don't have any expiring offers coming up and don't know if that'll make me more likely to be dinged.
