Looking for thoughts on the current state of the Wilmington market, any tangible differences in prestige of work, offer rates historically, compensation, etc. I've reviewed the past threads on this forum, but the most recent seem to be from 2012.

Fairly Similar IMHO, MNAT focuses on few areas than RLF who seems to have a broader practice. MNAT is also a little bit smaller. I would go with whatever you felt more comfortable with at the CB stage.

Agree with the last two posters, these firms are fairly interchangeable in terms of the work they do and their perception in that legal market. In case you were unaware, nalpdirectory.com has the compensation and historical offer rates.

With the exception of IP lit practices. But that's irrelevant here bc both RLF and MNAT have IP lit groups.
