Does anyone know what law firms allow you to clerk for them during the year after serving as a summer? Seems like a pretty good gig.

Do any v10 in NYC do this for people at NYU/CLS?

It depends on what skills you have to offer. If you have a technical background, there is typically a good amount of work for law students at patent boutiques and some bigger general practice firms with patent work, but it's usually full-time or close to that, at least on the west coast and in DC. However, compared to previous years, there seems to be less of such work for this year and next. That may be the trend in other markets and practice areas, as well. I've never heard of such jobs at V10 firms in NYC, for what that's worth.
