Apologies if this has been posted already:
I've been told it's good practice to (after your initial thank you email, etc.) try to maintain relationships with recruiters or attorneys that you connected with in the OCI/job hunt process, even if you didn't get an offer from their firm or turned down an offer from their firm.
Is there actually any benefit to this? What is the timetable for sending / making your "hi howareya" email / phonecall and what exactly are you supposed to say?

seems as though it could be pretty helpful for 3LOL OCI if you want to switch firms or markets. otherwise meh
