CA licensed attorney here. No legal job. Thinking of getting a real estate license.

The required coursework is waived for CA attorneys, but i'll still need to take the real estate exam. Still wondering what can real estate agents do that attorneys cannot? If I have a law license, is it worth it to get a real estate license? The exam doesn't seem that hard and I have the coursework waived so it seems generally easy.

Do you want to be a realtor?

I actually have no idea...but what are some things a realtor can do that an attorney cannot? I know its a silly question, but I hear there are some things you can do with a law license than a realtor usually does anyway.
