Pay Scale for Big Law

What is the pay raise rate for Baker & McKenzie and Foley & Lardner? Are they lockstep? Anyone have color as to how the bonus structure is set. From what I could find it seems like it is purely discretionary but there must be someone with an idea for how it looks.
