Then I would wear business casual, or if you want a dress up a suit without a tie.

This. Just call or email the fucking recruiter. Don't ponder what the attorneys wore at your CB unless you can't reach recruiting.

Yeah - called recruiting and they said Business Casual. So yeah... move along.

Half the time when they say "business casual" or even "casual" the attorneys and striver students will all show up in full fucking suits anyway. I've given up on trying to dress appropriately and generally just go with the suit minus tie now. If by some miracle you're overdressed you can just take off the suit jacket and instantly be legit biz cas.
