GULC class size confusion

I'm confused about some law school transparency numbers related to GULC. If you look at the job trend info
http://www.lstscorereports.com/schools/ ... ends/2013/ it looks like there 645 graduates in 2013, but if you look at the key stats tab, there were never even 600 entering L1s since 2010. Where did the other the additional graduates come from? It's not the part-time people, because those seem to be included as L1s at LST. They list 544 for the 2013 entering class, and GULC lists 546 including part-time in their own website
http://www.law.georgetown.edu/admission ... eneral.cfm. Given that there should be at least some attrition for every class, why is there a higher number? Someone more knowledgeable than me know?

Well that makes sense in terms of numbers, but what's the rationale for accepting more transfers?
