I mean I'm not 100% sure that's the case but I know that on NALP's main site there are things you can pay for. It might be a subscribership thing though. Also interested in this. Wayback doesn't work for this because it doesn't seem to have anything other than the first page of nationwide (no matter how narrow your search) results saved.
