So I want to accept an offer for a 2L summer associate gig. I screened with a partner, who I met again on my callback interview and then who finally offered me the job over the phone the next day. Should I call this partner to inform her that I am accepting the offer or should I just go through HR?

also, a couple of the associates i met with called me after they heard i received an offer and continued to sell me on the firm. Should i call these guys too?

Call the recruiter to make sure your message gets to the right person, but you could also call the partner to let him know and thank him (and mention "I already called the recruiter but I wanted to let you know as well..."

I think recruiting will tell you this but they'll probably ask you to sign the offer letter and then snail mail that back to them.
