Practicing Law, C&F, And Non-Disclosure Agreements

Under a past litigation question on the bar application, would I have to disclose past non-disclosure agreements I signed between 4-7 years ago? I was once mistreated at a chain store (being vague), and had no money to hire an attorney. I went about it on my own, and never filed any court documents. Once I started googling what my case would be, I asked their in house counsel for the security footage. The chain paid me a large sum in exchange for the promise I would not mention it to anyone. It's pretty direct, and specifies that if I disclose their name and the details to anyone, I have to repay the money in full along with an additional large sum.
All real, no trolling. Would you disclose this?
