Strongly considering accepting an offer there and just wanted to hear people's thoughts on the office and/or experiences there. Still on the lit/corp fence, though I think corporate is more likely.
Thanks guys.

Re: Gibson Dunn NY
Gibson's corporate practice in NY is good, though obv not at the level of Cravath/Skadden/SullCrom/Davis. It's def a firm more known for litigation but maintains a pretty good balance (reminds me of Paul Weiss a little bit). When I did the callback there, I really liked the people I met. I also have a couple friends working there who have said positive things.

I know you asked about NY, but I feel like it's also important to talk about Gibson as a whole because my impression from people who summered there is that there's a good amount of transactional cross-office work since you can work for any partner if you reach out to them. Keep in mind though that outside CA (where the corporate/M&A group is Band 1), they're more known for litigation. The firm has a great culture and has been said to have more happy (as happy as you can get in biglaw, I guess) associates.
