Asking About No Offers During Second Look?

I have an offer from a firm that is strong in a few areas that I am very interested in. However, they no offered ~5% of their class in 2013 and was one of the first to lay people off during the recession. I also have offers from 100% offer firms, but their practice groups aren't quite as strong.

I feel like it's fine to ask about the no offers during my second look. Am I wrong here?

Thanks in advance!

I think you should be good. I asked about no-offers in a callback and ended up getting an offer from the firm, so I don't think it's a big deal.

As someone who has been no-offered this summer (and had other offers from traditional 100%-offer rate firms when making my decision), I really, really, really want to encourage you to take the 100% offer rate firms over said firm. Obv, ultimate decision is up to you. Just saying.
