Upsides of UK Biglaw
Hey, I have a callback (skype) coming up with e.g. White and Case/Shearman London for transactional work. I also have an offer from a decent NYC big firm (lower ranked but still solid) and some other callbacks. Are there any upsides to starting in London if you don't have a serious interest in being abroad? Kind of debating canceling the interview

It's pretty much the best (mostly) English-speaking city in the world IMO. Some US based firms have cost of living adjustments in London that make it nice. Not sure if the UK firms do that for their US lawyers or not.

It's an American firm that does COLA. I'm thinking more in terms of quality of work/resume-building
