so apparently OMM had a 10.4% loss in revenue in 2013...I am interested in one of their LA offices, but I'm concerned about this number. Anyone out there know if this loss in revenue affected or will affect the LA offices position? Is it possible for more no-offers for the next round of summers?

similar questions, but with NY office.
apparently they're better at litigation than corporate work. None of their corporate practices is ranked in chambers. The teams are quite small too. Is there any concern if I'm interested in corporate, esp. in terms of exit options?

No one really knows anything. All we know is they had a down year. No one knows why except for reasons the firm has publicly stated. If you have an offer, ask them some tough questions. If they don't answer them, don't accept their offer. At least that's my plan.

+1. What would be a good way to ask about the stability of the firm after receiving an offer?

Apparently despite the fall in revenue, 2013 was the firm's second most profitable year ever (behind 2012).

Double-check my info, but I think that's all correct.
