Cravath v Skadden v DPW

Trying to make a choice between these for Corp in NYC. Any votes/explanations would be greatly appreciated.
My abbreviated thoughts:
Cravath - Like the idea of the rotation system and working for a small group of partners. But very formal. Also concerned that the workload will be materially greater than Skadden/DPW.
Skadden - Liked the "fratty" culture and people & the high quality of work in a wide range of areas. Disliked the huge size.
DPW - Liked the broad strengths in corp. But weaker in PE (which I have some interest in) & felt like the people were a bit more reserved.

I didn't have Cravath as an option, but I chose Skadden over DPW for the same reasons you noted (the people/wide breadth). The size didn't bother me because the practice groups themselves felt small enough. Just went with my gut feeling. Congratulations and good luck.

Deciding between similar options and it's Davis Polk for me b/t these three, mostly for fit reasons: I wasn't as into the fratty culture and disliked the strict rotations. However, if you actually like the rotation system and don't mind the culture/workload, Cravath would win out.

I think this just shows how heavily fit plays into the choice at this level.
